This week was half term, I had Jack, my 6 year old grandson with me and trips out, so diet on hold. Back to it now porridge for breakfast and planning my menu methinks!
73.9 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
