I have developed quite a taste for peanut butter on Crackerbread, I still have this virus so no gym and the weather has been awful so no allotment except for the odd hour here and there. However I have managed to lose a whole pound!
73.0 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
