I was pleasantly surprised that I had lost a whole pound when I weighed myself this morning. I can't measure myself, Charlie, my gorgeous ginger girlie cat has eaten the tape measure!
72.6 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
