A better day today, not as much coughing until late in the day. Worked through lunch as I felt OK, it was my choice. Not feeling great but OK. I had a doc appt after work set up prior to getting sick last week re: the migraines, neck pain and swollen lymph nodes that have been going on since bronchitis in October. Doc is ordering more tests to see what we need to do to get me healthy and keep me there. she also changed up my asthma meds etc. She wants to see if the med changes help and get the test results back including a CT scan so see her in a month. So tracking what happens with the med changes. Love my doc as she looks at your whole system not just little pieces, a DO not an MD.
food was good today, no exercise as left for work # 6am home just about 7pm. As soon as the pups get finished with their dinner as they have been outside playing in the yard it's off to bed. They need their outside exercise.
