Back to work for me today. Hoping that I make it through the day. It's also a start of a challenge which is pushing me back to tracking. I won't make the initial exercise goals but that's OK. Big decision this am is what to take to work for lunch.

I need to get the rest of what I made this weekend in the cookbook so tracking will work. One serving size is a mystery as it works as a hot main dish and a cold sandwich spread or dip. Also the servings indicated in the cookbook these are from is way underrated so they are currently going to be a guess that may need tweeking.

Sounds like you did your cooking up right! 🙋🏻‍♀️If the serving for the spread is a specific portion of the amount you eat of it warm break the portions down to the smaller one and then just count the 3 or 4 servings you eat warm of the ‘spread’ for the main meal.🤷🏻‍♀️

Have to figure out servings either parts of one or whatever. Tracking definitely a priority even on maint. Too tired to think or add the ingredients in the cookbook. Survived my work day, stuck with an hour :overtime when I really wanted to go home. Exhausted so lights out for me @ 7:35

food was good except dinner as too tired to eat. Tried a glass of brandy to settle my cough as had had my limit on drugs. It didn't taste very good to me so added some heavy cream I still have in the frig and a piece of homemade toast. I need to get my lentil curry in the cookbook this am.
