A good day today, though by this evening glutes and arms are getting a little achey since I've been on hiatus from most exercise for a month. Today was a bodyfit by Amy 12 min standing abs workout this am before work and the 90 squats at work (with a 10 pound kettle ball) it was 110 squats today. Will only do a few simple planks and a few crunches tonight and work on my quilt, bed shortly after 8. Course I have this cat on my lap who thinks otherwise.
