@Anne it’s my present to me and husband for getting through lots of stress this year. Pushing the boat out but it has been soooo good! @HumpT I’ve done all the things! Walks, swimming, peloton, yoga, all the hydrotherapy things and the cold plunge pool (my favourite) plus a couple of massages and the food has been amazing (have stayed off the alcohol). Nice reset to see me through to midwinter!
