A gloomy foggy day now it's pouring. It has affected my mood and energy.. Fog makes me want to sleep the day away.

I did manage to pick some greens for my smoothie in the morning before the hard rain hit. I needed to do some cardio so 20 minutes slow jogging on the mini trampoline.

Dinner was just veggies.Sauté of portabella mushrooms in butter and olive oil, eggplant and some very sweet yellow peppers breaded with corn flour deep fried in a mix of canola and coconut oil. The peppers were the best!!! I will have some left to reheat in the oven tomorrow.

I made my 70,000 steps last week 73,340 today a good start @ 12,600 and still have a bit left on my day.

Not a bad day for me but, Glen, we are so tired of the rain. Would love to send you some. Just a bit north of the city though has been hit really hard. Last week alone my DD 30 miles north had over 20 inches at her home, 9 inches in one day alone. Their bity and sometimes dry creek was over 30 feet deep! Granddaughter who lives in south Missouri was in a car driven by a friend that drove straight through a rain wrapped tornado a couple weeks ago (they are fine). Many of the smaller rivers are flooded as is the mighty Missouri. Some areas have had some major flash flooding. Lots of rural roads are closed and many farm fields flooded. I would love to finish planting my garden or mow all my grass. Part of my yard is underwater again today and I live up on a river bluff not in a low area.

sounds good! I have added more veggies to my diet as suggested, the biggest issue is still trying to keep the sodium down.

Hootie, try decreasing the sodium gradually. Also keep in mind you do need some. I went too low per my doc. Also drinking lots of water will flush sodium from you system. I think that's what happens to me is I drink lots and lots of water.

Glen, we were wishing for rain because it was so dry. Now it doesn't want to quit.. I would love to have a metal roof as I also like the sound of the rain. We are missing a lot of it as much of the heaviest is going just north of the metro.

We have only had a day or two out of the last week with no rain. I am getting soggy.

We had so many days of rain. Now we've had 2 weeks straight of mid 90s with too much humidity. They keep promising storms to cool things off but been wrong so far. The weather's bee wacko this year. I would just like some seasonal 80s with rain now and then. Hope you stay ok.
