Chestnut-I'm online here a few times a day using the food diary. It helps to keep me focused and when I go off track I can look back, see what I did and pull it together. I like some order in my chaos 😆 I try to plan ahead then during the day I'll want to change it up a little so I have to come back and rearrange a little here and there. Sometimes I miss a notification but if you want to get through to me send another. If I see it, I'll respond. 🤗
