You are in my thoughts and prayers, my friend. In the end I know it all work out for you. I am just sorry you are STILL dealing with those pesky coon's.  

Coon meat is high in protein...LOL...Just had to have a little humor and cheer ya up :) Wishing you better days ahead... 

LOL! @MPSARGE! Just get through it, WFN! Take one day at a time. It's going to be all right very soon. 

Coons .... grrrr! I guess that's one thing I can like about the Winter (and I don't like winter) - the coons are sleeping and I don't have to worry about them until Spring :)! Hang in there WFN - a solution is on the way. 

I remember winters up north and truly feel for you! I also hate that you have racoons in your attic but knowing you, you do have a recipe for them somewhere!  

Everything considered, you're still maintaining and that's great. 

LOL! @Buffy! You guys are cracking me up this morning with your coon humor. 

Buffy ... you are soo funny! That is such a perfect thing to say to WFN! LOLOLOL. 

Laughing!!! now my friend Cajun Joe has some recipes for coon, probably for possum too. He says it's good barbecued. I could call him. LOL. He keeps promising me some alligator from one of his Louisiana trips. For real though the traps will be live traps and the trapper people take them away. They didn't come yesterday, so today. It might get noisy with the coons hollering when they get caught. I put the company's number on my phone. My schedule once the traps are set is going to be controlled by the coons getting caught. Once they are caught the big job starts of removing all the insulation, sanitizing, and replacing it. I don't have to be here for that, the guys can come and go as needed on that. Luckily friends that I trust.  

Waiting to here some more of the coon saga, WFN! Let us know how the night went! 

Ticked off.. company person I talked to wrote my phone number down wrong. Called them as I had not heard from them in given time frame. Call back from a tech saying he'd been given a different phone number. Can he set it up for 9:00 Saturday morning. Ok.... he will set traps in the am. How about the repair damage estimate? Oh, I don't do those. Ok, promised no later then today, I need for insurance company to fax in on Monday. Now tech says he pass info to owner re: estimate. Will see what happens in the am......... coons woke me up wrestling or something about 2am.
