I'm ok, Mom, sh&%#t happens an no one is perfect. More forgiving after a good night's sleep and a couple glasses wine...LOL. Was annoyed that I raced home from work 2 days and no one came, no one called, until I called them. They had tried but wrong number. They will get the traps set this morning. I spent most of last night setting my own little mouse traps, until I ran out of peanut butter. Found mouse droppings both under my dishwasher that leaked and in my pantry. Maybe a mouse damaged a drain house... that's on hold until I get the attic coon mess on track. I'm tired of critters wanting me to share my house. Maybe a bike ride this afternoon, it's supposed to be 65 and sunny today. I'll take warm days this time of year. Insanity weather Thursday morning it was 3 degrees.

It is amazing what damage critters can do. I lived in a house where the cute little chipmunks got underneath my kitchen and pulled out all the insulation!

I'm hating coons, at least $5000.00 worth of damage. 2 mice are no longer, have to go get more cheap peanut butter for the traps. Coon traps are now set outside, where they climb up to their hole. I'm surprised he didn't put any in the attic. Not sure when I will have an estimate, he said he would pass my concern on to his boss. Cannot believe it, I filed my taxes last Sunday, both returns are in my bank account!!!! I can start shopping for a laptop!!!!

When I first moved into my house critters had moved into the daylight basement while it was empty. Had a heck of a time getting rid of them, I still find piles of acorns from time to time though I can't figure where they are getting in. I feel for you, hopefully yours find a new home soon.

Squirrels? Getting in yours? They can do damage as well. The mice are an annual small invasion, I had caught 3 before Christmas hadn't seen anymore signs till yesterday. The coons are simply awful. Guess it's pretty common. I had all the vents updated before Christmas when they repaired the original chimney/roof damage to critter proof ones. They still tore another hole through the steel siding soffit to get back in. Back to stripping the border in my kitchen almost done except getting the glue residue off. Might try the heat gun, can't get my little steam cleaner to work.

I think the squirrels are coming through the underside of the porch somewhere. I moved my office downstairs a couple months ago and they are slowly finding another place to crash thank goodness. They can be determined little monsters eh?

Sounds as if things are happening around your house WFN! That was a fast return on your taxes. I got my federal but state hasn't sent theirs yet.
