Will do cardio @ the community center today, have a few things to do after work. It's closer 1.5 miles compared to 10.

Hopefully, my energy will be back. Was still lethargic yesterday, though did some things done not as much as usual. Spent too much time sitting. I think it's the winter hibernation mode that is setting in as this is the first cold week we have had. I need to shake it off with exercise this week.

Wondering if anyone tracks food on fitbit, it looks like it would be hard to do, no recipes that you can keep that I've found.

Hey WFN: Good Monday Morning to you! Watch that lethargy and if it persists, check it out just to be sure you don't have a bug that's affecting your immune system. Take care and have a great day!!!

Mostly better day today, had to work, went and walked on the treadmill 20minutes, dropped my cell phone on the treads. The screen is toast. Went to see if it could be resurrected, nope. It's my only phone so had to bite the bullet for a new one. May get the insurance after Christmas, didn't have it this time. Hopefully I can recover the photos. So didn't get home until nearly 7:00. Glad I had the roasted chicken and veggies that I could just heat up, for a good dinner. Not much getting done tonight :))). I actually have to fight off the winter hibernation--do nothing mode every year, just started taking more vitamin B's and D's. Exercise really heled last year. M

Sorry about your phone. The cold weather is miserable. I saw a map of the US and everywhere was a blue color, about 40 degrees F. or below freezing, except Florida which was red hot. Even California was chilly today.

Oops.. sorry about the phone. For my lethargy I am planning to do light therapy along with Vit D. I definitely am affected by SAD every year ... I should be living in Florida or California instead of the cold white North. Let's hope Yoga helps me this year ... I am one month in now!

Just didn't need a new phone till it broke. May have to find the apple store to get my photos back,( iphone.) They needed to hit an accept button on my old phone to transfer them, since my screen was only a couple of blue lines that couldn't be done. I also do better in the sun and warm. I have mostly full spectrum halogen lights in my workroom in the basement but not upstairs. Have been thinking about getting one for the lamp in my livingroom. may do that this weekend as I've been spending more time upstairs so far this year working on sorting through stuff.
