Not much exercise this past week and bad about tracking food. 12 hours sleep last night, this body was very tired. Feel much better. Funny, realized when I was younger bouncing back from a night with little sleep was so much easier!

Today is a much needed stay home and catch up day. 1-3 inches of snow predicted. Good day to stay off the roads, 1st snow and people here always drive crazy!!

Finally have my fitbit synced to my tablet, phone, and work computer. We have a company wide challenge with cash prizes for steps. So will enter my info. Little chance of winning. Bothers me yet to sleep with it on. Still trying to figure out the sleep option.

Best get my day going, have spent a long time catching up on the computer, propped up in bed with my coffee. Feels good to be lazy on this cold gray morning with snow almost here.

Actually, was extremely lazy, nothing done, just a few dishes caught up. I hate days like that, to me they are wasting time, I simply was still tired. Now today will be catch up day.

I simply couldn't function any more. Slept till I woke up.

Propped up in bed w/computer & coffee.. sounds like a wonderful way to spend the morning. You deserve to enjoy these type moments.
