Feels good to have my main floor clean, decluttered, and presentable again. Have bread and taboulli salad made for this week. Need to get some fruit on the way home from work.

Week schedule, after work of course; today mow grass, Tuesday granddaughter's softball game, Wednesday gym, Thursday grandsons' football game, Friday gym, Sunday gym.

Walking is exercise on Tuesday and Thursday, yard work today, gym 3 days

Will have to plan some take along meals for Tuesday and Thursday, maybe one of the days will be a slight detour to pick up tamales at Mexican restaurant that makes yummy ones.

Do you make the tabouli up ahead of time or just all the 'salad' stuff and stir it in later? I have found it reheats well but wondered about the nutrients compared to making it fresh each time. I'm new to the tabouli food ... trying to learn.

Sounds like you have a good plan. Keep it up.

I make it a cold salad, I've never had it hot. I usually mix the dressing, herbs and bulghur and let it sit at least overnight so the mint and parsle work their magic. chop up the cukes and tomatoes and let them drain in the frig. then mix it. If you mix the veggies in too far ahead it gets watery from the veggies and you end up draining it. if I add beans to make a complete protien i add those when I throw it in my lunch . course you can toss in any veggies you want, broccoli and chopped kale and spinach are good.

Need to mow, fighting a headache from my old neck injury. Sun is hurting my eyes and making the headaches worse. Will try as the sun gets lower.

Good Job!!!

Didn't mow, going to bed soon. HA should be gone in am. A muscle relaxer would kill it however, would rather not do that to my body.

Thanks a lot; I was already tired before I started reading this! LOL! Well, anyway, you shouldn't have any grass growing under your feet. Hope your headache went away.

If it follows the norm for these, have a 4 level cervical fusion with some nerve damage, now and then it says neck it's time to rebel and spasm the muscles===headache + neck pain. Totally different than a migraine or sinus one, all 3 love to plaque me though much less now than they used to. I'm no longer used to the previous almost constant pain, so they side rail me when they happen. Was lazy tonight.

Great planning for the week! That is the key.

Wow I am tired now...lol...hope you are feeling much better with that neck pain, I get it periodically but I am sure not as intense as you..do not have fusion just nerve damage....<3

Nerves can cause issues, used to test them. Sleep will relax the spasms. Many less than it used to be, not sure what triggered it today, I could feel my neck and shoulders getting tighter all day, kept trying to exercise it away, at work but that's limited. At home I could have probably stopped it. Was full blown by the end of the work day it wasn't even a very stressful day.

Speaking of Neck pain headaches; I overdid it yesterday: full body workout, garden work, 48min bike ride, but after I mowed the lawn, head ache bad (from neck injury). For me sleeping makes neck injury worse. So, woke at 3am with bad neck pain, but managed to fix it with MIND control! without going for my ususal cure (Turmeric, ginger & lemon juice.) Every night is a risk for neck pain for me, but when I joggle it with bouncing around on the mower, it's usually worse. You have an awesome schedule though!! :) I don't think I could do it!

Busy, busy, busy! I have no idea how you find the time to do your house as well as live this schedule! Enjoy!

Billtech66 so sorry about your neck pain. Mine is better this morning, though think it's a day for Aleve to ease it away. Is your pillow making it worse? I know I had to start using one instead of none, then it took me while to find a type that works. Just work and try for one thing daily. I usually try for too much in a day. House gets worked on in bits and pieces, wish I had the time and money to just finish it. Last night was nothing, didn't even get the dishwasher emptied, so dishes in the sink. Will have to try your cure, I do have all the ingredients, do you toss them in a blender?

Thanks wholefoodnut, and about your questions: pillow make it worse? and do I use a blender for my cure? Neck pain not much of an issue today. It's better than it used to be. :) I have been sleeping on a lazyboy recliner since the automotive incident that totalled my car, June 2012. It helps a lot. So, no pillow needed, it's built in to my 'bed', :) I don't use a blender, since I juice the ginger root and store in refrigerator in vac sealed jars. I just use 3 or so ounces of HOT water in a glass, which helps desolve 10 to 12 grams Turmeric, then I add up to 1 oz ginger juice and half ounce of lemon juice, mix up & drink with a straw all at once. Taste is NOT bad at all.

Thanks. Trying t figure our how to juice ginger, I don't think my old juicer would work on something as solid as ginger. Will do some research. Recliners are not the best for sleeping, they are hard on the back, used to work for a doc who specialized in physical therapy and also a chiropractor, might be contributing to your neck pain.

You set such a great example to us all that failing to plan is truly planning to fail -- you are my idol! xoxox
