Working on food tonight. Have a luau themed food day at work tomorrow. Most will probably be junk food, some fruit, some surprises, making a fried whole grain red rice with a bit of the tropics (sesame, pineapple, cilantro, fennel, ginger, a bit of cayenne, red peppers, peanuts, coconut). I'm having that for dinner as it's a complete protein and a bunch of veggies. Cutting up and nibbling watermelon and cantaloupe, finishing my greens soup. Then a quick clean up before bed.

Walking in the am is definitely helping me do more on a work day besides being a couch potato after work. I also find myself being happier during the day, less stressed. Getting back to my morning walk after several weeks of not doing it has really made me realize what a difference it had been making in my life.

It's later..soup at least has lots of greens added and cooked down a bit. Will finish it later, usually it's not a 3 day process. Kitchen is cleaned up, tired. Hopefully I will sleep tonight, if these 2 pups will stop wrestle mania time on my bed!!
