Ate too much, could not finish my salad, will save for lunch tomorrow. A few grapes helped lighten my too heavy dinner feeling. I was finishing up the last of my roast pork, should have eaten half. Need to finish a few chores, take another one of those otc sleep meds and to bed early. My earlier all day energy has crashed.

Thanks you ma'am ! Starting to taper the steroids after tomorrow, that will help sleeping. I'm already in bed, light will be off by 8:00. Will push myself to walk in the am so my day will be great! After a few weeks of not doing it, I forgot how good it makes me feel all day.
