Sore body this am. Did my full strength workout yesterday without the 30minute circuit, the first time in several weeks. 60 degrees at 7:30 sun it out. Today will be spent working outside so hopefully my body will loosen up with some movement.

Some rest is in order. Very light exercise helps muscle recovery though :)

Not rest today, maybe tomorrow, possible severe storms predicted. Sunny and warm out. Time for spring cleaning the yard, mulching, mowing the grass, building my new raised beds, planting a few things. Renew the body and soul by physical work instead of sitting at a desk.
