Yea!! Broke the 140 today, not sure if it will stay there. I'm sure it's because no energy left to make decent dinners this week. Have lots of food left that I need to take care of today. Slept late as the meds are keeping me awake late. Off to the gym shortly then regular weekend chores since I haven't done much during the week. Won't do the circuit with stair step in between, lungs aren't up to the cardio, just the circuit machines as far as I can make it. Whatever I do it's better than none.
