Hit the snooze alarm an extra time this am. Really cold out dropped from 37 yesterday to below zero this am. Surprisingly just after a week of being able to exercise again my body isn't hurting with the cold front slamming us so quickly. Seem to be breathing better so this is good. Off to get my morning started as my lazy wake up time is up.
