20 minutes walking before work, 20 minutes stationary bike after work and 20 minutes working on abs circuit machines. Lungs are better today but deep breaths still hurt. Needed to stop after 40 minutes at the gym.
Not home again till 6:30. Doesn't leave time for much and into bed between 8 and 8:30.
