Looking forward to the gym after work. Again working for a different fund than my normal busy one so am bored. Reading my new Paul Prudhomme cookbook. Yummy sounding Cajun but dang the amount of fat is huge! Most would be an occasional treat or figure out a way to cook them without all the fat. Might be an interesting challange-love cajun food.

Hope you enjoyed your workout. Am sure you'll be able to modify those Cajun recipes. I'm thinking just adding the spice will be enough to kick up some diet friendly menus.

Thanks but came home didn't go to the gym though I wanted to.by the time I was off work breathing was raggy and it hurt to breathe. Inhaler wasn't fixing it. Taking the day off any more workouts. For Cajun I think I can play some and reduce the fat.
