Three rewards for my day. Worked out 40 min cardio 1 hour on the circuit machines. Thrift shop stop spent $6.00 Paul Prudomme's Louisianan Kitchen and Everything You Want to Know About Chinese Cooking -- cookbooks my downfall.

Made it through much of my list the biggie getting the car inspected and luckily it passed. Have also gotten through most of the frig. Getting various meals etc portioned and into the freezer. Still have a few things to do. Forgot to eat lunch did taste a few thing tiny bites as I was getting things cooked. Too tiny to put in my food for the day. Fat is high for the day due to the egg and avocado and missing lunch.

As you know, the egg and avocados have good fat so you are golden. Congrats on scoring those cookbooks!

Thanks- the fats are almost all good ones. No butter or meat, except a taste of pork and chicken_ little shred of each

Finished with my chores so it's time to read a bit before an early bed time. New book of course! my addition besides coffee.
