Really good day today, getting my energy back. Did 20 min on the incline-the guy next to me was running and pounding his feet into the treadmill it was giving me a headache. Quit and did 40 min on the circuit machines some core mostly legs, then did 20 min on the bike. Good workout. Have spent the rest of the day packing up Christmas and cleaning house. Have more to do but it's getting there. Always makes me feel good to have my house clean and uncluttered.
