Can’t get motivated to do any type of set workout. My lockdown kit is my bike 🚴🏼‍♀️ gets me outdoors and exercising 😀

I have my bike on its turbo trainer, then I do my weights and stretching. I make it all part of the same routine so that I don't skip it. Getting out on the bike is great.

I’ve got a turbo trainer too but only use it when desperate 🌧 💨 living in the North of 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 by the coast we tend to get battered by the wind which isn’t ideal for cycling. I’ve managed to clock up 1500 miles since I started cycling in March 😀

Lightly dusted for me, Chestnut! Mhairinic, 1500 miles into the wind! you must have strong legs and lungs now. Well done.

These look awesome Anne! I’ve got to get some dumbbells too. Do you stick with one weight?

In the gym I use a variety of weight, depending on what I am doing. But at home, I make do with these 3kg dumbells which are too light really but I know a few tricks to make them work for me and I use the 10kg medicine ball.

I’ve got a home made pull up bar and some weights Anne but they are far too dirty to share lol
