BBQ time 😋 one of two this weekend, so I thought I’d better start off right!

Thanks jazzstoke. The weather turned here today so it might’ve been a fluke 😅 but there’s a heatwave on the way this week!

Nutricali hopefully because i won't be able to walk very far this week, go down to the nearest green space/seafront sit and enjoy the sun!

Yes i fractured my shoulder in two places and have micro cracks of the spine the quack has told me to totally rest for two weeks!

Gosh that must take some getting used to 😣 I hope you heal quickly! Make sure you eat lots of extra vitamins to help :)
