A good week food wise my daily average is a little under 1000 a day even though i am trying for 1200 but can't seem to get there. Today i was about 1300 only because i am allowing myself some red wine on friday and sat.

Exercise has been mainly my Back to Life exercise video --primarily yoga, stretching and Pilates. The weed eating etc last weekend was not nice to my back as not in the best shape at the moment and a new heavier and longer weed eater. The 30 min workout helps my upper back and low back chronic issues. It's doing better so time to get back to strength training.

Past time for bed.

Thanks abba, it's getting there. Old SI injury from a broken tailbone back in 1974 that loves to act up now and then especially when i push it.

Thanks all cutting out the beer and tracking food. Trying to get back to accomplishing neglected things. Sitting here at the car dealership awaiting my car check and oil change. Thinking i really really need some gym workouts.
