I want to get a better start in the morning, so I made a hearty breakfast bowl 🍇🥝🥬 half overnight oats & flax, half green smoothie, topped with grapes and pomegranate seeds :) over 11g protein and less than 400 calories!

Nutricali do you buy a lot of your foods from Holland and Barrett

Oh no that’s out of my budget at the moment. There are plenty of farm shops near me that’ll stock things like oats and seeds though. The only downside is that it takes me months to get through a bag!
