Hunting through the house for scraps, shopping not until Wednesday. Boiled eggs for breakfast no bread,low on fruit,no nuts(just me), I can't eat curry every day! At least keeper is feeling better so can go out for a good long walk? I'll will try for 3 miles. Won't weigh in 2morow I am in this for the long term, gentle,gentle,catch,the monkey,then maintenance. Sounds like u. r doing ok..... not always easy to stay on track........we r getting ready for a trip. so with packing and finding a place for the dog..... I find myself picking and it’s usually sugar... like chocolate ..... going to be good today then on the scale tomorrow ........ go for your 3 mile walk...

Walked for 45 mins stopped for a blackcurrant and soda, did some window shopping then walked back home, probably nearer 5 miles than 3 but who's counting?

Char 60 thankyou for your support, it means a lot the support from people on FS. I wish I had a dog to take for a walk instead of a cat although I do love her. Stop picking and stay of the sugar. I am not going on the scale for at least another week, but I will post thr result no matter what!

thanks Chestnut, you have given me the strength I needed.....no picking today ..or is it because I’m leaving this weekend for Maui and I know I will want to eat all the great food there.....I love Hawaiian food, I will post a few of the meals .....so ono....

Char I was walking down a pier we have in Worthing when Iogged on to check any messages, the sun was shinning through the stained glass and it was beautiful, yours was the first message I opened must be a sign from god. Enjoy your trip to Maui I am jealous, portion control, look forwards to seeing the pictures enjoy.

I will post pics.....can’t wait to walk on the beach... I miss doing that....... leaving sunny calif. oh wait , we have had rain and heavy winds for weeks now...... even if it rains in Maui Who cares........I’ll be on the beach with a mai tai.......

Char enjoy along the beach girl, knock all those hungs out,looking forward to seeing photos. Cali not sunny? I'll postpone my trip until the sun returns. It is nice living relatively close the seafront especially when the sunshines we have some nice seafront walks in Worthing, the only going for the town. Enjoy your cocktails or though too much!

I have 1.00pm rained all morning can't go out for my walk,hence trending on FS are you enjoying your trip? We have signs in Worthing with "Sunny Worthing" on them LOL.

Leave for Maui sun.... takes me forever to get ready for a trip... there’ll be about 12 of us meeting in Maui all staying at same hotel. Should be fun.
