Hunting through the house for scraps, shopping not until Wednesday. Boiled eggs for breakfast no bread,low on fruit,no nuts(just me), I can't eat curry every day! At least keeper is feeling better so can go out for a good long walk? I'll will try for 3 miles. Won't weigh in 2morow I am in this for the long term, gentle,gentle,catch,the monkey,then maintenance. LOL. The girls on the beach are skinny and tan and good looking......no one will be checking me out......but I will have a great time.....at least I will “catch” a tan.....

Bruce when I went to my Doctor and I told him I was a "chestnut" he told me this one was a tough one crack but we would crack it for Christmas ! How are you doing Bruce? Life is marathon not a sprint I hope you and me have a long way to go yet?

Sorry Bruce I guess men can be pretty too, but I like to call myself chislled full of character. I am 56 and still chasing pretty girls hence the banter with Moopie and the girls of the Calimafia! Bruce you are asking me to get boring which I do very well, we have the south downs one side and the sea the other so generally don't get cold weather, just a lot of rain. The council call where I live Sunny Worthing but I don't know why?
