Chestnut don't be hard on yourself especially when you are trying to lose the weight and you will get to where you want to be. 💪🏻😘 

Whilst it is nice to hear your good wishes I hope people don't take me to seriously, if you can't poke fun at yourself you certainly shouldn't at other people, I am comfortable when I look at myself in the mirror metaphorically.  

I can't tell I lie I've got someone to come around to do it for me. 

Love your garden. Please stop insulting yourself.

Moopie at the end but not in picture I have a horse chestnut tree of course,ferns and other things,in the foreground is my fish pond which I dug myself when i was younger, six feet deep, that's reminds don't tell the Police that's where one of my ex wife is buried!
