144 this am so up a bit--not as much as I expected with the recent prednisone blast. Won't take long to get back to where I should be with tracking and exercise.

Started my am with a 10 minute HIIT walking video on yourtube (Leslie Simone's). We are doing some hourly get up and move exercises @ work when time allows. Food is entered for breakfast and lunch. FITBIT is here somewhere as it synched this am so hoping for the best as more people arrive for the day--I'm super early shift.

YAY found my FITBIT!! Team exercise is sporadic. Busier times it slacks off for sure as we are stuck on our computers and phones. Time for squats and standing crunches

I am Bella, Thanks. 3 weeks of the bronchitis/sinus stuff was too much. Still on some antibiotics though.

Feel better bc I'm taking Zyrtec and Nasacort Nasal Spray bc it's that time of Season for me too! Take care😀

Claritin and Flonase for me-- Nasacort reacts with my asthma drugs and I can't sleep. Lucy, Fall allergies are a pain, feel better. I only use the Flonase if I really have to as my nose gets so dried out.

Just made a Dukkah seasoning (Keyten uses it a lot) I haven't found it here so found some recipes online. Late getting home from work. Now to get some dinner--simple beans and rice with some Dukkah seasoned asparagus and mushrooms sautéed in a bit of butter. I like this seasoning, thanks Keyten!! Doubt if more exercise tonight. I probably will be working late again tomorrow so will make sure to get a workout of some sort in before work in the am. About 1100 calories again today.
