Good eating day a smidgen shy of 1100 calories. Steps--probably made my goal as I was over 6,000 @ work and noticed my fitbit was missing off of my arm! Hope someone turns it in as I did not find it. 15 minute trek on the gazelle before work this am.
Plans for a workout tonight thwarted by ex DH calling for help with a computer application for a part time job. He is awful on a computer. So now over 1.5 hours on the phone and he is still struggling. My patience is running thin. Tis bedtime for me but stuck on this call: coffee is set to start in the am. Lunch is ready to pop in my bag.

Aww, you've had a rough day - sorry to hear it! :( Glad your eating was good but I really hope your Fitbit gets returned! It's hard when you're really trying to make the most of your time and things like that get in the way. I'm sure your ex husband really appreciated your help.

Normally I would say, 1100 is not enough

But I know u eat lots of veggies and healthy foods so I’m sure 1100 calories for you is a lot of food.

Rosio, I try to average 1100-1200 over a week if I'm trying to lose and I need to lose some extra prednisone pounds and a few more I've gained over the past year or so with being lax on exercise. For me on daily steroids 1400 is maint. so the asthma drugs play a role. Most of what I eat is pretty nutrient dense with lots of beans and whole grains so many days like yesterday I can't force myself to eat more. That will probably be it for that pork roast that I cooked yesterday as it is getting frozen in portions tonight and it will be vegetarian the rest of the week, Sat who knows as I will be out of town. I also take some supplements especially for B's and a women's multi with iron. Ex assistance 2.5 hours but he finished it. If not done last night he probably would have driven down the 70 miles and been on my doorstep when I come home tonight. We get along as long as he doesn't start trying to control me, divorced since 1996. Time for a shower and a bit of cardio before work.
