Back to work on this first day of Fall. Hard to get up and moving this am as 4 am is a bit different than 7! Will head for the shower a bit early so a few minutes walk on the gazelle to get my day moving. Breakfast and lunch is already posted in my food diary. I give myself a bit wake up time and at least time for a cup of coffee before moving.

Grocery shopping yesterday am and then an afternoon of food prep watching football, the frig is stocked and the dishes are cleaned up.
