Day 3 egg fast: the thought of eating eggs again today was making me feel ill! But I just had one of the nicest lunches! I blitzed up 3 eggs with coconut oil and butter and used cumin powder, smoked paprika, mustard powder, pink salt and fried it super thin and melted some cheese over it. Sounds gross! I know but it tasted kind of like meat! 😂 day 3 nearly complete going to try to make it 5 days! Feel better than I did yesterday too!

Day two of my egg fast :) 4 eggs and LOTS of chilli flakes and Parmesan cheese too excited for this I’m soooo hungry!

This weekend I failed massively with a load of cocktails and a 7 course tapas meal whoops haha but back on it today! And feeling confident and happy :)

Successful Friday night! Avoided all temptation! Successful trip to the cinema my son and boyfriend destroyed a cup of pick and mix and a bag of popcorn and I at my nuts I bought from home! Now just to get through tonight 😂 💪

Boyfriend is eating my all time favourite liquorice right next to me that I’ve been craving all week...and it’s taking everything in my power not to tuck in to it with him 😢😢😢
