I’ve been jumping up to 162lb and down to 158lb. It’s because I’ve been having good days and then really bad days. I would love to be 154lb by the end of the month but my self control has gone it’s been very hard.

I’m not really sure how I’ve lost this weight, probably mainly due to heartbreak and stress, I’ve been going through a hard break up this week and I didn’t care at all about my WOE.
But it’s a new week and I’m determined to eat better and stay off the booze.

Happy pancake day!

Savoury spinach and almond flours pancakes, with a side of haddock. This was a great change and I’ll be making this more often :)

I’ve fallen out of the keto tree and hit every carb and sugar branch on the way down! I’ve been at a Sikh wedding since Friday and eating loads of amazing delicious food!! donuts and wedding cake and free booze!!! I’m so hungover and about to tuck into a Angus burger 🍔whoops! Next week will be so tough to get back on track but for now I’m going to enjoy my hangover! How’s everyone else’s weekend going?
