Squid rings, mussels, spinach and broccoli in cream and home made bone broth! This lunch was amazing so good my 3 year old decided he was going to eat most of it!!!

When your sister stands on your scales and weighs 125lb yet eats mc Donald’s every other day sometimes for breakfast and dinner. Eats packets and packets of sweets and chocolate 🙄and your there feeling super jealous 🤨🤨🤨

Yer...I had a pretty messy weekend with lots of sugary drinks...again 😓. This week I am going to be on my best behaviour and maybe do some exercise...maybe 😂 I would love to lose 8lbs in 2 weeks before a wedding but I’m pretty sure that’s gonna be pretty impossible!

It’s over! I officially finished 5 day egg fast phew 😅 because I don’t think I could have done another day of it 🤣 🤢 🍳 I lost 8lb I am in shock! Does anyone have any advice on how to keep this off now? Going back to the keto today

I couldn’t keep if the scales I had a hunch about today I bought new scales to see if my old ones where right! And I’m assuming they are wrong!
