Day 3 egg fast: the thought of eating eggs again today was making me feel ill! But I just had one of the nicest lunches! I blitzed up 3 eggs with coconut oil and butter and used cumin powder, smoked paprika, mustard powder, pink salt and fried it super thin and melted some cheese over it. Sounds gross! I know but it tasted kind of like meat! 😂 day 3 nearly complete going to try to make it 5 days! Feel better than I did yesterday too!
