First time attempt and happy with result. Very tasty! Bulked out with Zero noodles, 400 kcal per portion

Great start but first week is always easiest! made small changes and cut out sugar and fatty food but I still ate on average 2200-2400 kcal. No need to eat 1000 kcal when you weigh as much as me to loose weight and such drastic change would probably be too much and I would have given up quickly. This week I'm not planning to change much food wise but I'm going back to gym. I want to shape my body at the same time so with no exercise that's not going to happen, so time to get back into it.. Glad to be back in double figures. it feels good. I'm staying positive and I hope to continue to get smaller, healthier and fitter and not to sabotage it this time. I started to meditate and it helps. Let's hope next week will be good too! Best to all xx

Yummy lunch today. First weigh in this year tomorrow. Made little changes but at the start they make a big difference. People think that they need to starve themselves to suceed, but thats not true. No need to eat just salad to loose weigh..

Ok. Wow. I have truly outdid myself here.. I have not been this fat in ages.. I feel horrible and unattractive and no clothes fit me! And my asthma got worse, but I no longer wonder why!! I feel ashamed. I have no excuse except for being a total pig and eating until I felt like I am going to be sick.. how stupid is that? and yet I was happy when doing it.. I got so far..went down to 70ties and now I have yet again hit 100!!! on the dot too, just to completely shatter my illusion that I did not eat THAT much..
2018 has been a write off so 2019 must be better, as I could have not done any worse.. so here it goes, the corny 'new year new me' rubbish I hate so much but I have no choice than to try and try again and again. And it will be easier this time of the year as everyone is at it.. small steps.

I didn't weigh in this week as I went out for works drinks on Friday and for a meal with hubby last night so the weight would not reflect true position for the week and would just upset me so I'm waiting until next week. I did two spinning classes and one boxing session and going to try to do 3 spinning classes this week plus my weekly boxing one too.. Will see how tired I'll be. I was aching all week but I know it will be worth it. I already feel stronger after 2 weeks of exercise and this will only get easier. have a great week ahead everyone xx
