I didn't weigh in this week as I went out for works drinks on Friday and for a meal with hubby last night so the weight would not reflect true position for the week and would just upset me so I'm waiting until next week. I did two spinning classes and one boxing session and going to try to do 3 spinning classes this week plus my weekly boxing one too.. Will see how tired I'll be. I was aching all week but I know it will be worth it. I already feel stronger after 2 weeks of exercise and this will only get easier. have a great week ahead everyone xx
