Hi, what’s zero noodles?

Hi Michael. You can buy them in Amazon. There are many brands and some taste better than others. They are pretend pasta which is 8 kcal per 100g no gluten or carbs which is perfect for me as I'm gluten intolerant. They do not taste of much tbh and have harder consistency than normal noodles but they are good for bulking out dishes. My favourite brand is Zero noodles in green packaging some of others have horrible smell. It's not everyone but works for me

Thank you, I’m gonna try them as I really miss having noodles since I cut down on carbs

I get these in Holland and Barrett, not often as they are flavourless, but like you say jersey_di1, great for bulking out a meal.

Wish I could edit to add a little bit, oh well. When you bulk out food your stomach increases in size to adapt to the change in size. Sad thing and what makes it so hard for people to slim down, is it doesn't shrink back as quick, but more slowly over time. Everyone, no matter who, feels empty when they eat reduced amounts, but over time the stomach does shrink back. This is the main reason not to bulk out food. However if you cannot stop yourself, then you do need to cut down on the bulking.

Mindful could I politely ask that you stop commenting on my posts? I know everything you said already and since I have more experience than you in loosing weight and what's best for me I think i don't need your advice. I did not ask for any. When you loose next 20kg to get down to my weight (a journey I already took) you maybe understand more on how to do this long term and that it is simple to say it harder to do. I might sound very harsh but it frustrates me when people try to shove down on me ideas they think are best in their opinion. Everybody are different!!! I have only been back on healthy diet for a week!!! For the past 2 months I have been binge eating and my stomach is already massive!!! If you must know I do cut down the portions over time but I do it slowly and healthy and let my stomach adjust a little at the time. This way I don't feel starving, don't snack and keep at it long term. At the moment I need bigger portions and I am happy with my progress and like I already said I did not ask for advice! If I need one I will ask for it. Hovewer I prefer to speak to people who have experience of their own journey not internet sourced knowledge. From your profile I can see that you only lost 0.5kg for me that's not enough progress in my opinion to be schooling others and worse.. criticising them!
