Disappointing but still a loss... And it takes me back into the 80's. I am now 0.8kg away from my October mini target And hope I can do it this week! I have done one boxing session and one spinning class last week and I'm looking to up my exercise this week to 3-4 classes. I have noticed my stomach has gotten smaller, more tight but I need to work on all over body toning along losing weight as I don't want to get saggy hanging skin. Best of luck guys for this week x

Decent start of the week, but tonights boxing session was hell.. Doing it all over again tomorrow :) I ate around 1800 kcal today which included a cupcake for breakfast! #sorrynotsorry Still came out with 2000kcal deficit, so still winning xx

Meal prep for the week. Red Thai chicken curry. Tastes amazing and only around 470 kcal per meal, low carbs and lots of protein. Win win win
