Back on the 600Kcals and less than 50grms carbs to reverse type two diabetes. Start weight on 6th April 2016 was 20st 3lbs or 283lbs. Current weight is 247lbs, a loss of 36lbs in 5 weeks. y stomach believes my throat has been cut.

Long day. On my feet for most of it. Keeping to the diet plan. Resisting the lure of a cheeky glass of white. Z time now.

Tiring day. 12 hours of busy, busy, busy. Roasted flat mushrooms stuffed with bell peppers and 3 tblsp of cheese sauce. Salted popcorn for supper. Tomorrow will be Cannelinni beans and home made tomato ragu (YUM!)
