Just signed up for this app but have already lost a stone prior. Need a bit of encourage to lose the last 5 kg, so I thought tracking my food would help with the the rest of the weight. I tend to reward myself for getting this far which is bringing me back to my yo-yo dieting. Maybe this will help me see others struggling in the same way, not getting so discouraged. I am enjoying seeing by the end of day if I spaced out my food enough and what I have left to play with and if it worked the day before I can copy the same diet plan for the next day. Seeing recipes help from others help and also reading their bio and their struggles keeps me encouraged to keep on track.
