My goal is to gain at least a stone as I am underweight. My targets are 2400+ calories each day until i reach 8/8.5 stone, to eat a wider variety of more wholesome and natural foods, to do more exercise, to drink more and better quality water and to sleep more and stress less and to get closer to God the last target should be first as this is the most important. Man's relationship with food is spiritual and I am fascinated with this...we all know Eve ate something she shouldn't and this apparently caused all of mankind and the animals to become corrupt....apparently this was done on purpose by an enemy whose sole goal is to steal, kill and destroy the entire human race....his first trick revolved around food....how can this not be the most fascinating topic in the world?!
