It was a nice sunny winter's day today so I decided to walk to the train station instead of getting the bus, it is around a mile and a half from where I live and it took me 45 minutes to walk that far. then another 5 minutes to the supermarket, a bit of shopping and then home. My hip felt a bit sore so just to be careful I've taken a couple of painkillers so hopefully no pain this evening. Mushroom lasagne for tea tonight.
