It is time to start making some changes! After a weight loss journey and years of maintenance I am starting another journey with a lot to gain ❤️ (including '25-35lbs'). I've learned that I have a thyroid issue which means being more careful about what I eat. From now on I'll only be recording the weight taken by my midwife and doing all I can to give this one a happy, healthy start! Photos taken at 8 and 12 weeks, I'm now 14 🤰💗

You need to eat chicken liver or any liver or liver pate. Full of folic acid and b vitamins for the baby.
