Plans were the gym but it's supposed to get colder with snow tonight. 25 today better than 6 tomorrow. Decided to come home, haul all the boxes for Christmas decorations in the house that are filling my garage. Tree will come down this week. That way I can get my car in the garage. It fussed a bit the morning about starting and it was dang cold.

Coveralls on taking a break from hauling containers. Hopefully the gym tomorrow.

Update, garage is cleaned out 7:00 car is in the garage. Will have some soup and toast and go to bed. Only about 6000 steps today. Soup is homemade, hard to put in the food diary, mixed greens, leftover salad, onions and veggies, some veggie stock and some milk, all puréed. Tastes good. No clue about calories.

Yeah Thursday will be the worst of this mess here, well below zero. Makes it hard to get motivated to leave the house. I plan to spend some quality time with some Yoga and hot tea.

You got a lot accomplished! The soup sounds delicious. I have trouble logging my homemade meals.

A lot of accomplishments! What I do for logging homemade meals is go to My Cook Book, and create the recipe in there. You put how many servings it normally gives you, and all of your ingredients. Don't share your recipe though (you don't have to go through all the work of typing out instructions), just save it. Then when you go back to My Cook Book, there will be an option next to your recipe that says 'add to food diary' :)

Actually looked at the wrong day on my fitbit. 8000 plus steps. I can usually work out a recipe that is close and add notes. This one was using leftovers, some with combinations of ingredients, I gave up.

Wish I could stay home today, 8 degrees and dropping, the wind howling. Hot tea and yoga sound like a nice alternative. So glad my car is in the garage.

WFN, I don't know of many soup's that are high in calories unless they are cream based. Personally I think you are getting quite a workout doing stuff around your home. As long as you are moving you are exercising. Enjoy.

Grins!! I figure hauling boxes around is exercise! some full some empty. The gym would feel good though, my body is complaining

You are an encouragement. Nothing can stop you from staying active.
