Still tired. Had lots of things to catch up on tonight after being gone, not getting done. Sitting here on the computer instead. Going to bed in a few.

Exhausting day at work, worked through lunch, 8.5 hours one 15 minute break. Brain is tired.

Exercise and eating will be better tomorrow.
