might not seem alot to most people but for me this is a huge amount, from laying in bed all day, evey day i dont go outside my home ever. was advised about virtual walks on utube. and they are amazing.

Way to go! It's a great beginning. I know exactly how you feel though! I was housebound for many years. I'm also not much of an exerciser and it's hard to see other people easily reaching 10,000 - 20,000 steps per day, when I'm struggling to reach my goal of 5,000 steps. Some days I don't even make that! I figure though if I keep trying, then one day it will get easier. Good luck! 🙂

Congrats. My advice would be to measure yourself against your own progress.
