Protein bars or smoothies save me when I crave for something sweet. And try to diversify your meals and make them tasty. Don t eat the same things every day. Also keep healthy snacks in your fridge all the time mostly fruits if you feel like having a late night snack

I eat oats for breakfast all the time but add different fruits every time and keeps me exited to have breakfast all the time 😁

I think that's my problem. I have been having the same foods every day. Will try mixing things up a bit. Thanks :)

Aww it's difficult some days but your doing great already, if it is a something sweet crave I've just found Mini jammie dodgers are brill, 20g pkt only 88kcal, good for a quick crave fix, I'm also a big crisp fan, I've been eating Ringos instead of regular crisps as only 60kcal.... So if o have a either a couple bag of crisps or biscuits i know i can enjoy without worry as lower cals 👍

For me the following helps: -Planning day's menu in advance. helps distribute calories to avoid hunger -Finding a few healthy options that would satisfy the cravings. Healthier alternatives :) what are you craving? maybe I would be able to suggest a good alternative? -Eating whole, satiating food. Vegetables, protein, grains etc. They usually are quite large and satiating

If I have a sweet craving then I make some green tea with honey or I have a 90 calorie cake bar. You can get them from pretty much every supermarket. If it’s savoury then quavers aren’t a bad choice either. I just try to keep in mind how hard I would have to work to burn off whatever I’m craving

I buy the skinny flavourings and add them to my coffee. I find they fill me up and take away cravings
